Returns Policy:
At Bia Body Activewear, we want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we offer hassle-free returns within 14 days of receiving your items excluding sale items/gift cards
Please make sure the items are unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.
How to Initiate a Return:
1. Contact Us: Reach out to our friendly customer service team at biabodyactive@outlook.com to initiate the return process. Please provide your order number and the reason for your return.
2. Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return authorization number and detailed instructions on how to return your items.
3. Packaging: Securely package the items you wish to return, ensuring they are in their original condition with all tags attached.
4. Shipping: You are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the items. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your package reaches us safely.
Store Credit:
Upon receiving your return and verifying that it meets our return criteria, we will issue you with a store credit. The store credit will be in the form of a credit code that can be used towards future purchases on our website. The credit code will be emailed to you once your return is processed and is valid for 12 months.
Exchanges:
Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges at this time. If you would like a different size, colour, or style, please return the item(s) for store credit and place a new order for the desired item(s).
Damaged or Defective Items:
In the unlikely event you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately so we can resolve this issue for you. If we are unable to exchange the item for you, you will receive a refund. Please note: Any item's damaged due to failure to follow product care procedures, will not be accepted.
